I have been a Realtor since 1986, having been in association with the office of Barrett and Company since 1991. My experience has been with transactions representing both buyers and sellers. My transactions have been in Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Boxborough, Harvard, Lincoln, Sudbury, Lexington, Belmont, Grafton, Needham, Medfield, Westford, Winchester, Arlington, and Boston.

In addition to earning the designations listed above, I have expanded my professional preparation through extensive education as a Relocation Specialist working with transferees moving into the area as well as listing homes in a third party of company buy-out situation. The CRS Designation requires extensive expertise and represents only four percent of all realtors.

I have consistently been a multi-million producer for the Barrett Company, a highly-regarded, independent real estate firm with offices in Concord Center, Carlisle Center, and Lincoln Center. The office remains proud of its history and positive image. Because of my outstanding performance I have been recognized by Jane Barrett, the founder of the Company, and by the Realty Guild, Inc., a select referral network.

My knowledge of the marketplace, my responsiveness to customers, and attention to details are characteristics on which I pride my professionalism. I have established positive connections with the realtor community; much of my business comes through referrals from customers and clients.

I maintain a Massachusetts License in nursing, a member of Sigma Theta Tau, an international nurses' honor society, and serve as a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the History of Nursing Archives at Boston University's Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center.

I have been a Massachusetts Realtor since 1987. Initially I was affiliated on a part-time basis with the Barrett and Company as a team partner with my wife. Following my retirement from a middle school principalship in 2003, I became a full-time realtor, continuing my professional teaming relationship with Margaret Frazier-Plodzik, thus enhancing our level of success with customers and clients.
